Harmony Soup Mix

Recipe
Water 4 cups
Natural Golden Harmony Soup Mix 1 ½ cups
Carrots (diced) 1 cup
Celery (diced) 1 cup
Cabbage (diced) 1 cup
Tomato (diced) 1 cup
Garlic Salt 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Black Pepper ¼ tsp
Chicken Base low sodium 1 Tbsp
Chicken cooked (diced) 2 cups

Instructions:
Place Natural Golden Harmony Soup Mix in a separate bowl and cover with 1 quart of water, cover and place in refrigerator overnight.
Drain Natural Golden Harmony Soup Mix.
In a soup pot, bring 3 qts of water to a boil, add the drained Natural Golden Harmony Soup Mix and return to a boil.
Reduce heat to a simmer for 45 minutes while stirring frequently.
Add carrots, celery, cabbage, tomatoes, garlic salt, salt, pepper and chicken base to the soup pot.
Simmer an additional 45 minutes or until beans are softened, stirring frequently, being careful to avoid scorching soup.
Add cooked diced chicken. Stir to incorporate.
Remove from heat. Cover and allow to stand for 5 minutes.
Check seasonings and serve.
