Harvest Soup Mix

Recipe
Water 4 cups
Natural Harvest Soup Mix 1 ½ cups
Carrots (diced) 1 cup
Celery (diced) 1 cup
Cabbage (diced) 1 cup
Tomato (diced) 1 cup
Salt 1 tsp
Black Pepper ¼ tsp
Chicken Base low sodium 2 tsp

Instructions:
Combine water and Natural Harvest Soup Mix in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat to a simmer for 45 minutes while stirring frequently.
Add carrots, celery, cabbage, tomatoes, salt, pepper and chicken base to the saucepan.
Simmer an additional 45 minutes or until beans are softened, stirring frequently, being careful to avoid scorching soup.
Remove from heat.
Check seasonings and serve.
