Cajun Dirty Rice

Rice, Kaniwa, Bell pepper, Salt, Contains 2% or less of Onion, Celery, Spices (including oregano, thyme, parsley, cayenne), Paprika, Canola oil, Garlic, Sugar.

Bring 2 cups of water or stock, 1 tablespoon butter and 1 cup Cajun Dirty Rice to a boil. Stir, then reduce heat and simmer, covered, until rice is tender, 14 to 18 minutes. Let stand 2 to 3 minutes. Fluff with a fork and serve.
